Family Christmas 2016
Christmas!
For Christmas this year I went home for the first time in 3 years. This will be 1 of 3 posts about my visit home. Hopefully this is still semi interesting for those who are just after reviews and hauls my apologizes!! More hauls and reviews will come in the mix of these posts just so it's not so boring.

The last time I was home for Christmas was 2013. SO I prepared! I got a hair cut at Zeal on Robson. I love them check them out if you're local to Vancouver. It's generally where I get anything done I don't do myself. I also got my first ever Christmas sweater. It's Rick and Morty for those who don't know this awesome show. The 3rd season is coming out March this year (hopefully). Awesome show! Anyways I was prepared!
Christmas Eve
We landed on the 24th so it was a Pretty quiet evening. As you can see my mom is Christmas level = Pro. She always has so much spirit towards Christmas. I'm the same with Halloween. Though I don't really have too many decorations. I'm far too lazy to do the clean up part I think. This year My grandma from New Foundland made Daniel a stocking so he's officially part of the family. LOL and some how mine went missing... No clue where it is... if you're reading this Nan: Sorrrryyyy... it was the cats. haha
One tradition we have in my family is opening a single gift one the 24th. Spoiler alert it's some form of Pjs. Always. I feel the older I am the more I actually appreciate that though. My sister and I got these sweet robes. Daniel got some star wars Pjs. We were a snazzy crew.
Christmas Day
I received so Many awesome gifts this year. I feel so spoiled. I mean every year I do. I really appreciate all the thought and care that went into everything else gave me. This year had a bit of a theme. SO much Harley! I love batman anything. It's really funny that I have so much Harley because my favourite character is probably Catwomen really. haha I know shocker... I like the cat lady.
I actually quite a bit more from many people but I don't need the world to know how spoiled I actually am lol but if you are curious I did post somethings on my Instagram. Don't forget to follow me there for more pictures less talk. I know I prefer to just stalk people by photos.
I Just want to say: I feel like just seeing everyone was gift. I'm so lucky to have such amazing friends and family. I am so proud and happy to have such supportive amazingly caring people in my life.
Later, my crazy family came over. Well small part of it; I think there was 16ish of us. This sounds like sarcasm but it really is only a piece. Specially now that everyone is getting older and bringing partners or even kids.
I didn't take many photos of the eating so it's going to see like a short day.
We did take some photos in front of the tree. A lot of them turned out pretty blurry. Here is one one of my direct Family. My sister and I were both wearing matching dresses from Boohoo. Great quality but slow shipping I paid for express and it was still almost 2 weeks. I'm not sure if it was because of the time of year or it's just like that.
This year we did secret santa in socks. Basically the gift is 25 dollars but you shove them in ugly Christmas socks. I have to admit I couldn't figure out how to do that for mine so I wrapped it. I wasn't the only one. lol I needed bigger socks apparently. It was fun I highly recommend it.
Boxing Day
For those of you not in Canada... Boxing day is like the Canadian Black Friday. It is always December 26th. Some people line up like people do on black Friday but when we push and shove we also say sorry. HA just kidding Canadian's are not any nicer then anywhere else. Still tons of terrible people here push shove and aren't good people.
We did a bit of shopping. It honestly wasn't too busy but People are crazy and inconsiderate on busy days so Daniel, My mom and I quit pretty quick. We ended up going and have a snack before dinner while waiting for everyone.

Well that's it for now! Next week will be my 2016 favourites. I was thinking about doing "Monthly Mail" where I will show whats come in the mail. haha though some months will be much more then others. Also a tri-monthly (seasonal) favourites for the future. I don't think I have new favourites every month.
