FOOD PORN from early May to mid July
Hey Everyone!
Simple post today. As some of you may know I have been trying to eat a bit healthier and I wanted to share some pictures with you of foods I've been eat.
Disclaimer for crazy people/internet trolls:BEFORE you comment saying "this isn't healthy". I KNOW... lol not everything is perfectly healthy. I think it would be torture to eat healthy all the time. It's about balance, I'm still trying to find mine and move towards a healthier lifestyle. Also, this is the highlights not every meal I ate because 40 pictures of the same salad I thought might be a tad boring. Finally, I am not tell you how to eat or suggesting anything by my photos and food choices.
I am not vegan, vegetarian, gluten free or anything unique. I am allergic to quite a few things (avocado, melon, cucumber and celery to name a few) and I am lactose intolerant (but a little dairy is ok). Also I do tend to lean towards white meat/fish diet but it's mostly because I don't particularly like the taste of other kinds of meat. Even as a kid I wouldn't eat a hamburgers or most beef related things. Finally, I apologize for the lack of drinks. Generally in a week drink 80% water, 10% coffee and 10% wine; which doesn't make for great pictures.
I hope this also can give you an idea of what types of food are available in Vancouver as well. One of my favourite parts of Vancouver is the availability of fish and sea food. If you want recipes for anything or have any for me please comment below! I hope you enjoy this montage of the food over the last bit!

That's it! Just pictures, if you enjoy these let me know! I was in debate on if I should leave captions letting people know what each meal was and if it was from a restaurant where or if I should just share the photos. Please let me know what you think!
Again, if you want recipes for anything or have any for me please comment below! I can create separate more detailed blogs for anything we made at home.
Thanks for reading!
