Hair Care Review

In light of my new hair colour I though I'd review a few hair products I have been using in the last few months. I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any recommendations ^_^

Lush Sea Spray

It's no secret I love Lush. It's not without reason. I have sensitive skin, and I really like the vegan/cruelty free of everything they do. This hair mist is amazing! It adds great texture and a bit of a hold. The smell is not very strong but it's a nice fresh smell. There is just something about this spray that once it's in your hair looks better. My only complaint of why this doesn't get 5 out of 5 is because of the bottle. It doesn't spray nicely always. I suppose the downfall of recycled products. It isn't so bad you can't work with it though. I will be re-buying this and I defiantly recommend it!

Joico Dry Shampoo

haha I do not recommend this one. It was 100% a waste of money. I am so annoyed because the normal cost of this is 22 dollars. I bought this at winners because my usual Baltiste one was out of stock and I assumed this one would be even better. BOY was I wrong. Joico generally has amazing products; This is not one. It did not clean my hair, it just added to the grease and made my hair look wet. I tried it a few times just to make sure. Unfortunately it never worked. The only reason I gave this any love is the smell is actually quite nice. I wouldn't recommend this, I'm not even going to give this away. It's just going in the garbage.

I love this! I tried this for the first time at the Chick Advisor Party last year. This product full size runs 5-10 dollars depending on sales. It makes your hair feel so soft and smooth. I dye my hair often so frizz and damage are just bound to happen. Just a touch of this will smooth your hair out and it smells so nice as well. I highly recommend it.

Phytorelax Argan Treatment Spray

I had never heard of this brand. I was at Winners (lol yeah I buy a lot of hair products there) and a friend had told me this was good. It was about 10-15 dollars in Winners. I am not impressed. I spray part of this gets extremely messy and it doesn't spray evenly. I have been using this on and off for a few months. I found no improvement in my hair. It smells nice though. It does help with brushing your hair after showering but there isn't much other benefit to it. I won't be re-buying this. I will be using it up though. I just don't think it's anything special and there are many other products that are the same price or cheaper.
