Valentines Day Themed Palettes and Strawberry Roses

Sugarpill Feline Fancy set

Sugarpill always has amazing packaging. I wont lie it's the reason I started buying things from them. This palette and set is no exception. They are a vegan cruelty free company. They specialize in eyeshadows but they also now have lashes,brushes, Lip products and more. Prices are about average, it's not cheap but also not expensive.

 

 Swatches in order top to bottom( trinket, strange love, wink, wink, text me and kiss kiss)

I am really pleased with the majority of this set. All the eyeshadows are very pigmented and perfect except "text me". I feel like the brown just isn't very strong and the palette would have been better with a more chocolaty brown. The pink (wink) is my favourite and possibly one of my favourite eyeshadows. It's amazing!

 

Lip try ons. (trinket and then strange love)

I love both of these lips Trinket is a matte but has small gold glitter and strange love more metal. Trinket is not part of the set for the record also. All of their lipsticks are nice and don't budge much. I will say the matte lasts a lot longer and I like it more. Both smell like orange creamsicles. I personally do not like that smell but I know a lot of people would.

Kylie Cosmetics Valentines Day Set

This is my third purchase from Kylie cosmetics. This time she sent me two postcards (Eye assume because the set comes with both lips and shadows... HA). The design is clean and her usual lips with melting liquid.

 

Momo loves the box. The cats are always fighting over her packaging.

The shadows are very pigmented and nice. The lipsticks and both long lasting and gorgeous. The set was more then reasonable priced at 22usd. However one of the major downfalls of Kylie cosmetics is everything is so limited. This is gone never to be seen again. If you want to recommend anything from her you really can only say the baseline or things that end up in multiple packages.

Strawberry Roses

I don't to Valentines generally. It's just not a holiday I care about. So I Just made a simple treat I made for Daniel and people at work.

 

First cut lines in circles outside to in. Pull apart the piece (carefully). Then drizzle chocolate over top.

   

For Daniel I went a little further a dipped sticks in chocolate and then pushed them in so they look more like roses.
